NHMTTS 4.0

NHMTTS is a free robotic Vietnamese text-to-speech program by Nguyen Huu Minh. NHMTTS comes with two voices: a male and female voice. Both voices are fully compatible with SAPI5 programs and will work as a normal voice. The opportunity for these two voices can range from reading aids, narration, making silly videos, voice effects, and other endless potential.

Features:
-2-in-1 Vietnamese text-to-speech voice pack
-Compatible with SAPI5 programs
-Synthesize Vietnamese speech with natural voices whose prosodics (duration, pause, and amplitude) determined by a technique based on artificial neural networks.
-Support for SAPI5 interface.
-Can work with text contain both Vietnamese and another language in Unicode format.
-Provide 2 voices "NHMTTS Voice (Male)" and "NHMTTS Voice (Female)".
-Allow binding another voice of non-Vietnamese language to an NHMTTS voice to support aloud text in both languages.
-Allow changing default break rate, duration rate, volume and pitch of NHMTTS Voices.
-Allow manipulating speech rate and volume on the fly.
-Highlight text and mimic mouth shape corresponding to the sound being synthesized.
-Demonstrates the engine with a simple TTSApp application.
