The WISPR Project (Welsh and Irish Speech Processing Resources), funded by the EU, has compiled a three-in-one package of free Welsh text-to-speech voices! This package comes with two northern and one southern Welsh-accented voice. However, there is one catch! The installer only allows Windows to have one of the three voices at a time. So, sit back and listen to their voice samples to find the Welsh voice of your liking!

Instructions:
1) Unzip files
2) Run setup.exe
Note:
-Only one voice can be installed at a time! To change the voice, simply open the setup.exe again and select a number to change the voice.
-A Unix/Linux/Cygwin version can be found on the original site. Follow instructions to compile there!
